Returns:

Due to COVID-19 safety measures, we will not be accepting any returns on items.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges and Cancellations:

Exchanges and Cancellations will only be accepted if contact is made about the order PRIOR to the order being fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled and the shipping label has been purchased, no exchanges or cancellations will be accepted. 

Returns and exchange details:

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know and I will work with you to resolve your concerns.

Shipping

All RTS orders will be shipped within 2-5 days of purchase.

All custom or personalized orders will be shipped 7 to 10 business days, NOT including weekends or Federal Holidays, after purchase or until communication between myself and purchasing party is complete. 

All orders will be shipped in a poly or bubble mailer envelope and will be shipped with USPS First Class Shipping or by prefered shipping method at check out. 

Please note: I am active duty military and my schedule can become busy at a moments notice. I will do my best to keep you informed of any delays in turn around time. 

24/7 Order Tracking

Customers should receive an email stating tracking information for their package when shipping label is created. 

If you do not receive tracking information, please email eaddybeadies@gmail.com and I will ensure you get your tracking information. 

Please note that I mainly ship through the US Postal Service and unexpected delays of deliveries can occur.
